In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and smart technology solutions. You’ll analyze, optimize, and design Salesforce features that boost performance, drive adoption, and fuel digital transformation.

What you will do in this role
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, define, and document Salesforce-related requirements.
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Work with developers and administrators to customize and optimize Salesforce functionalities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Support CRM implementation projects, system integrations, and data migration.
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, wireframes, and functional documentation.
- Conduct user training & support, Ensuring successful implementation and adoption of new features.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, trends, and best practices.

Concentrix is a great match if you have:
- Experience: 3+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Consultant, or a similar role.
- Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, or other relevant certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- CRM Expertise: Strong background in CRM implementation & optimization, preferably in Salesforce ecosystem.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, data migration, and Salesforce automation tools.
- Agile Mindset: Experience with Agile/SAFE methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
