Job Title:

Real Time Analyst

Job Description

Key responsibilities of the position:

·          Real-time Monitoring of all service channels to ensure service delivery within SLA agreements​​.

·          Managing escalations, outages, and system issues.

·          Responsible for updating and maintaining attendance information and presence reporting.

·          Providing support to team leaders in the use of workforce management.

    

Applicant profile:

·          Analytical skills.

·          Understand customer demand and ensure forecasting and planning are optimized.

·          Good communication skills.

·          Workforce Planning within Contact Centers experience, especially within the Health Care sector could be considered an advantage

·          Either UAE resident or able to relocate on a short notice

·          Fluency in Arabic and English
