What you will do in this role

As a Proxy Product Owner, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Salesforce-based CRM implementation projects.
• Define, formalize, and communicate business requirements and user needs.
• Support Agile delivery teams by writing and prioritizing user stories, participating in sprint planning, and ensuring feature validation.
• Serve as a liaison between functional and technical experts to ensure proper solution alignment.
• Participate in functional validation campaigns and user support coordination.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects and SaaS-based solution enhancements.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you have:

• +4 years of experience
• Strong understanding of Agile / SAFE methodology.
• Hands-on experience with CRM implementation projects, particularly in Salesforce.
• Experience working in IT and digital projects as a functional consultant or project coordinator.
• Proficient in users’ needs formalization, functional documentation, and business analysis.
• Exposure to validation and testing processes in product lifecycles.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin 2018, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).

• Familiarity with Scrum, ITIL, REST/SOAP APIs, and SaaS environments is a plus.
