As a Customer Success & CRM Developer in Rabat, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting CRM transformation and adoption. You’ll collaborate across teams to optimize user experience, customize solutions, and bring the power of Salesforce and other tech tools to life for our internal and external stakeholders.
What you will do in this role :
As a Customer Success & CRM Developer, you will:
- Customer Success Management: Ensure customer satisfaction and success with Salesforce implementations, handling customer queries and offering guidance.
- CRM Development: Develop and implement APIs (REST/SOAP), and customize Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Salesforce Admin) to align with business needs.
- Agile/SAFE Methodology: Lead and participate in Agile and SAFE methodologies for project execution and delivery, ensuring continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Collaboration & Consulting: Work closely with functional and technical experts, playing a key role in user support, needs formalization, and validation campaigns.
- IT & Digital Consulting: Contribute to IT and digital transformation projects, acting as a consultant to ensure seamless integration and project success.

- Experience & Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified (Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator ADM-201)
- Scrum Certified
- Strong knowledge of Agile/SAFE methodologies
- Experience with CRM implementation projects
- Strong business and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of SaaS solutions administration
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or other programming languages
- Experience developing and implementing REST or SOAP APIs
- Experience in user needs formalization and functional support
It will be a plus if you:
- Have experience as an IT consultant or technical project manager
- Have worked on validation campaigns and functional support
