Job Description

The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Customer Care Opportunities: 
Our Customer Care teams are responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences via various channels – this could be supporting customers with anything from booking a fantastic holiday to arrange returns for that new pair of sneakers. 

 
Travel Advisor Opportunities:

Our travel advisors tailor best holidays for our customers, advise on different aspects on travel a customer might have.

Technical Support Opportunities:

Our Technical Support advisors help clients resolve any technical issues they might have.  If you have a problem-solving mind-set and a passion for technology, then this could be the job for you! 

 As a Technical Support Advisor you will be handling incoming inquiries from customers via the phone, email, and online. You will also be using your knowledge of your client's products and/or services to enhance sales, brand loyalty, and the customer experience.
