What We're Looking For
Experience & Success: Proven experience as a business development manager or sales executive with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Previous experience in customer support is a bonus.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Odoo) to manage relationships effectively.
Language Skills: Strong proficiency in English to communicate confidently with clients.
Market Insight: Familiarity with market trends and dynamics to identify opportunities.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a knack for building rapport.
Organizational Skills: Strong time management and planning skills to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
